Sketch and Logo

So yesterday my friend Fernando Olano came and made a little speed painting. While we were chatting and drawing I did this little sketch of him.

Also I did this logo for a Game Testing studio.

cool.. cool.. I have to say about the logo that its not clear what it says.
Ok, so I don't speak the language so that's one issue, but apart from that, the font type used is rather unclear and the line underneath (the cable) makes it worse. I had a hard time even making out which letter was which.

Try this.. print the logo out at a fair size, lets say on a a4 size and pin it on a wall or something. Now take a step back. Can you read it? If the answer is yes, take a few steps back. still readable?

If you can still read it from across the room you're doing a good job. If not, you might wanna tweak it. I've seen some really graphically impressive logo designs, but if you'd ask anyone, none could actually tell what it said.

my 2cts on the subject:)

I get what you are saying, the studio's name is ''Anarquic'' it is a made up word that comes from anarchy. I used the controller as a big A and the cable was supposed to draw the other letters although the idea kind of synthesized into that. I am aware of it's rather illegible nature although that's how the client wanted it to be. Can't really do much in that sense, perhaps a better font would have been better. Thank you for pointing it out though, valid argument!
